Return Policy
Please check your merchandise immediately. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to refund your payment, less shipping, in the manner received if we receive your return back within 14 days of purchase. After that date, all sales are final. Special orders, Weekend Specials or personalized items are not returnable unless the error was ours. If another size is needed and available, please reorder through our shopping cart system or call us. Additional shipping charges will apply. Occasionally we offer free shipping. On any item returned that received free shipping, there will be a $5.00 restock fee deducted from the refund amount. Some items may be subject to a restock fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must have a return authorization number. Please call us at 1-229-387-6285 and let us know you are returning your item and we’ll issue you a return authorization number. That number must be displayed on the outside of your package and is only good for seven (7)business days. Any package sent without the number will be refused. We suggest that you purchase tracking and insurance on your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost packages. The returned items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached. All returns for seasonal items must be received back the day before the holiday. Backorder Policy
Payment Policy We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay using your banks debit card. We no longer enclose your credit card receipt with the purchase because of security reasons. Enclosed in your package will be our return policy, and you will find a section that includes the amount charged to your card and the date charged.

Shipping Policies
Our policy is to ship Priority Mail. Your package will usually arrive within 7 business days, after shipping, but we can't guarantee this unless you request overnight or express shipping which will impose additional fees. If you order large specialized orders, it may take up to three weeks to complete and ship. Again, if requested, for an additional fee, items can be shipped overnight or express shipping. Our Normal Shipping Charges Are As Follows: 1 Item - $5.50 2 Items - $6.50 3 Items - $7.50 4 Items - $8.50 5 Items - $8.75 6 Items - $9.00 Shipping Charges increase $.50 for each additional item after 7 items. Invalid or Incorrect Address If a shipment is returned to us due to a wrong or invalid address, we will make every effort to contact the customer and arrange to ship to a corrected address.. Such shipments will be subject to an additional shipping charge. We will gladly ship your order to an alternate address once the billing address is verified. Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information. International orders have been suspended at this time due to the high cost of postage.
